Firewood provided by fire pit by stream. Bathroom has a toilet and sink and a separate room with a shower/spa tub and sink, so anyone can use the toilet while someone is showering. The shower has a Bluetooth speaker system to listen to the music on your phone, a rain shower, a detachable shower head, and the tub has spa jets. Plenty of free parking. Guest access Guests will have private access to entire property. Other things to note *Dogs - chances are you will meet Rusty, the neighbor's brown Doberman puppy, during your stay. Rusty is friendly and usually comes over to see if our dog, Titus, (or any dog for that matter) is available to play. For this reason, if your dog(s) are aggressive with other dogs, we do not recommend booking here. *The "Property Use Tax" is actually the Fayette County Occupancy Tax (6%).
