Beautiful Cozy Clean House

Looking for a place to relax? Our cozy beautiful home is right off the highway and an easy 18 minutes drive to downtown Dallas. Located right outside Richardson and Plano, this home is close to everything you need. Our home has two available bedrooms, and a lounge room located on the first floor. Our house is Alexa friendly :) All devices are wired and controlled through her for your convenience; however, she can be turned off at your request. We can't wait to host you! The space Please treat our humble abode as your own! Dance to our state of the art sound system as you cook a meal with your family, or enjoy Planet Earth on our beautiful OLED TV. We hope to make this as welcoming and enjoyable of an experience as possible. All amenities are yours to indulge in. We enjoy hearing back from our guests and we hope you'll return with a better experience each and every time :) Guest access You'll have access to the entire downstairs floor, with air mattresses in our study and the sectional (double as a bed) in the living room. The rooms upstairs are smart locked and will be unlocked based on occupancy. One to three guest - one room unlocked. Four or more guest - two rooms unlocked. Upon request an additional air mattress. During your stay We will be on site most of the time. Yet we understand and respect all of our guest’s privacy. And at times we’ll be out of town. We are always available via Airbnb messages and personal phones, so please let us know if there's anything we can do to help improve your stay. Other things to note Guest rules: No partying. Guest are allowed to have small gatherings with the acknowledgement of the host. No smoking, no drugs, and no fighting. For safety of our guest and our community we do not tolerate any drug usage or fighting. Any violations of these rules will be reported to local authorities and immediate loss of accommodations. You are financially responsible for any damages, theft, or lost of items that your guest may have cause. Quiet time is during 23:45 to 06:00. Please be respectful to our neighbors. Restricted Areas: Please do not enter our master bedroom upstairs on the right. Please do not enter our garage space. These rooms will be locked for the duration of your stay. At anytime during your stay that there is something you’re not happy with please contact your host. We are there to help you and willing to resolve any issues. We want your stay to be as pleasant and stress free as it can be. Smart Home Automation: During your stay you may notice a few gadgets and devices turning on and off. Our smart vacuuming robot is set to clean everyday around 14:00 to maintain a clean and tidy place for our guest. If you wish to turn the robot off you can request it from your host. The majority of our lighting fixtures can be turned on/off through voice commands. Just ask Alexa. These lighting fixture are on a routine schedule where they will turn on in the evening for 10 minutes and than turn off. If you wish to turn them off or not have them on schedule please request this from your host. Security Cameras: There are 6 security cameras located on the property. All are located in commons areas, front door, backyard, garage, hallway, living room, and entryway. These devices constantly record. Check Out: Please keep our home nice and tidy throughout your stay as we hope to provide a wonderful experience and to continue to host for our future guest. Please place all used bedding into the white or pink laundry basket located inside each bedroom’s closet. Please place all used towels inside these laundry baskets. Please place all used dishes into the dish washer prior to leaving. However do not place any knives into the dish washer. All of our knives are not dishwasher friendly. You may hand wash these. Please take out the trash. Our trash bin is located in the back behind the garage. To access this go out to the backyard and open the left wood gate where the green trash and blue recycle bin will be located. Replace the trash can with a new empty trash bag. Replacements are located next to the trash can. We do recycle! Any material you wish to recycle can be placed in our recycle blue bin. Reviews & Tips: Don’t forget to leave us a review! And of course during your stay you may run into the host and their dog name Blue. Don’t be alarm! She’s super friendly and is always willing to do tricks for treats! If you do not feel comfortable around dogs please notify the host immediately as we want to accommodate you the best way we can. Please keep in mind during these challenging times to practice social distancing and no gatherings of more than 10 individuals. Wash your hands frequently and stay safe!
