The space *This is a private bedroom* With a private bathroom connected This room includes a mini-fridge with freezer Our entire second floor has 7 bedrooms and is just for guests! We have a pool table, coffee maker, living room with couch, dining table, microwave, sandwich maker and toaster. Including our private pool and the incredible clubhouse with bar/restaurant and a huge pool! We also have gym and arcade room. Free access to; 2nd floor living room, 2nd floor coffee area, 2nd floor snooker table, 2nd floor dining table, 2nd floor plastic disposable cups, 2nd floor disposable silverware, 2nd floor microwave, 2nd floor coffee maker and the pool area, including pool table. Free parking. Kitchen and kitchen belongings it’s not included. All the first floor is private Mind we have a couple houses on the same street, so furniture and bedding colors may chance but with the same layout. Extra services: - Laundry - $6 per load(chemicals included) - Hot tub heater - $12(6 hours) let we know 2 hours before. - Pool heater - $27(6 hours) let we know 12 hours before.
