Relax in the Golden Corridor of Beach Hill, Santa Cruz! Beach Hill is just above the Boardwalk, 3 blocks down to the beach and a short walk to downtown! Enjoy the quiet neighborhood before strolling down to the Boardwalk and West Cliff for fun beach activities, surfing, amusement park rides, and people-watching! Great trails for walking & running & biking close by! Head to downtown for great restaurants and night life or eat at the Wharf. It's all close and convenient! This home has been recently renovated. The bedrooms are spacious and stay cool in the summertime. The kitchen and living area have great lighting with a fireplace and a tv with Hulu and Netflix and Amazon. The tv in the living room is set up with an Apple tv. There is also a comfortable patio right off the kitchen where you can bbq and keep warm next to the fire pit. There is also a downstairs patio with 4 Adirondack chairs and a teak table that can be accessed through the sliding glass door from one of the bedrooms. The house is 3 stories; the 1st floor has 2 bedrooms with King size beds and one bathroom to be shared by you and your guests of those 2 bedrooms. The 2nd floor is where the kitchen and living area and patio area and bbq are located. The 3rd floor is where the master suite is! It is very spacious with a walk-in closet and shower and jacuzzi tub and two sinks. The house is yours to enjoy; however the garage and the hallway closet are private and locked. I am always available via the airbnb app, texting or phone. The house sits on top of Beach Hill! You are blocks from the hustle and bustle of downtown on one side and the beach on the other. It's a great central location! There is a walking path to downtown, and another walking path along West Cliff Drive. It's a great location to walk from or ride bikes from once you park. There is a walking/bike path just 2 blocks down the street. Parking requires permits from May 15th-September 30th. I will have up to 2 parking passes for you during those months. The street parking has signs for 'residential parking permit', but you can park there from October - May 14th. I also have a parking spot just past the house on the left (down the driveway). It's a tight spot, and you'll need to back into it.
