The space Located in the prestigious Beach Hill neighborhood of Santa Cruz, enjoy this beautiful 3 story luxury home! Relax on the private second story balcony and listen to the waves crash, take a quick 5 minute walk and enjoy Beach Boardwalk or grab a bite to eat out on the wharf. Head right up the street to the famous Steamer's Lane surf spot and walk along West Cliff Dr. The space - Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests - 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - You have one assigned parking spot behind the house in the driveway. Note: this is a very tight parking spot and may not be suitable for larger vehicles. Street parking is available for additional cars and is free during winter months and we provide 1 parking pass for summer. (Permitting runs May 15 - Sept 30th 9am - 9pm) - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker - Living room - Balcony with fire pit & BBQ, and backyard with outdoor seating Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). - NO PETS Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage and one locked storage closet. Other things to note - You have one assigned parking spot behind the house in the driveway. Note: this is a very tight parking spot and may not be suitable for larger vehicles. Street parking is available for additional cars and is free during winter months and we provide 1 parking pass for summer. (Permitting runs May 15 - Sept 30th 9am - 9pm) - Please note that the home is unfortunately not very kid friendly due to 2 flights of stairs. - We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
