Welcome to this clean, relaxing, and comfortable space. The room has a great plush Serta King mattress. 2 friendly cats live on the premises. Please let me know if you would like them around or if i should put them upstairs. AMENITIES: There is a bath tub converted to a shower. Lock on the door and key in room. White noise machine on night stand. Hypoallergenic mattress/bedding/pillows encasements. Air purifier/fan. A desk/chair. A magnolia tree that blooms early spring. The space The cabinets that you can use for silverware, plates, and cups are labeled. You’re welcome to the living room, back yard, front yard, your room, and kitchen. Ask the host if you are unsure if you can enter a space. There are motion sensor lights outside around the house and camera surveillance for outside. Please do not enter the garage (mint green building/brown door). Guest access Keyless entry with smart lock. Please read check-in instructions and check messages for code. Please avoid parking in front of the bus stop. You will see the sign. Be aware of alternate side parking on snow days. Effective November 15 to March 15. You can access the front yard, back yard, living room, kitchen, first level bathroom, and your room. Please don’t go in the garage, basement, or upstairs. During your stay I’ll try my best to respond as quickly as possible. I am friendly and willing to help or chat if I’m available but I also give space to guests. There is another room that may be occupied. I usually inform guests in a message if there are other guests. There is a good chance I’ll be on the premises at some point of your stay. There are cats on the premises. Please let me know if you don’t mind them being present or would like me to put them upstairs. Other things to note Bath tub converted to shower. Please reference directions in house rules how to use it. Please turn handles only until they stop so they don’t become stripped. Left handle is hot, right handle is cold water. The center handle switches the water between the spigot and the shower head. Turn counter clockwise gently until it stops for the spigot. Turn clockwise until it stops for the shower head to rinse off. Leave spigot on only when done. Curtains in living room require pulling the strings on the sides to open or close since they are on a track. Do not lock the door knob/handle on the front door, only lock the deadbolt. Please ask before changing the thermostat. Do not turn the knob near the fireplace labeled “vari-speed” it’s for the unused fireplace. Please reference house rules and notes posted around the house. Please be considerate of other guests. Throw away any food that is yours in the fridge upon leaving. Any food items left in the fridge will be thrown away. Please do your dishes when you’re done.
