The space This lovely, cozy cottage is nestled in the privacy of its own cove on the large pristine lake of Chandos, only a five minute drive from Apsley, Ontario. The property is complete with a waterfall and a large, level water-front lot . A shallow, sandy entry is perfect for children; complete with a floating dock for deeper swimming. Fire pit available for family enjoyment. The clean and comfortable main cottage will sleep 6 comfortably - double bed, 2 singles , and a double pull-out couch. Dining room with stunning lake views seats 8 with a reading corner to enjoy a morning coffee. New 3pc bathroom. Living room complete with recliners, couch, card and board games, tv, DVD player, and a Wii U for rainy days ( a selection of DVDs/games available). Very functional and well-stocked kitchen is perfect for hosting family and friends. Full fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, water-cooler ( with some water to get you started), and a large new barbeque. Bonus Bunkie sleeps 3 (double & twin)this is considered 3rd bedroom. Rental comes with 2 kayaks, canoe, pedal boat, lawn/ lounge/water chairs, hammock, clothesline, picnic table, and large canopies for shade when needed.
