Spacious & Comfortable with Large Yard and a View

Enjoy a stay in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the Vancouver/Portland metro area, only a quick 15-20 minute drive to Portland and minutes away from I-5 and I-205. This spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home features three freshly painted outdoor decks, a large beautiful yard backed up to green space, and gorgeous views of Klineline Pond. With hardwood floors throughout the house, an updated master bathroom with a jetted tub, and an outdoor firepit, this home is treat to stay in. The space COVID-19 NOTE: For your safety and peace of mind, the home will be cleaned and sanitized according to the CDC's guidelines before every booking. This is a spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home with a large yard and stunning views. Enjoy cooking in a large, recently updated kitchen. Other spaces include a dining room, dedicated office nook, and several outdoor decks. Room for more than 6 guests can be accommodated upon request. There is a mother-in-law basement unit on the same property (it has a completely separate access) with long-term renters, and an RV parked in the driveway (depending on the dates my in-laws may be in the motorhome). If they are going to be there during your booking, I will let you know about this, otherwise you can assume they won't be there. The entire 3 bedroom home is your own personal & private space. You are less than 5 minutes away from 3 grocery stores, lots of great restaurants, and have easy access to both I-5 and I-205. Yet, the home and neighborhood feel extremely peaceful with all the green space and a beautifully landscaped yard. It’s right near the city, and yet feels very peaceful and removed from it, nestled in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Guest access You will have private access to the entire 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home, except for the garage. If you need access to the laundry room, please let us know in advance (by default, laundry room may not be accessible). There is driveway parking and plenty of on-street parking available. You will also have access to all the outdoor decks, the firepit, and of course the yard. Our yard ends at the big tree (you’ll see it when you get there); there is no fence between ours and our neighbor’s property but please be careful to respect their space and stay out of their yard. Our yard has plenty of space to enjoy! Other things to note Please note that there may be exterior security cameras on the property, viewing outside spaces only, for the safety of our guests. There are no cameras inside the house or in any private space.
