Remodeled private Studio located at the back of our house with a private entrance and parking, which it has its own bathroom, kitchenette, included; (fridge, microwave, tea pot, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, electric stove and silverware). The space We also offer a private parking at the back of the house, the private Studio is located at the back of our house. You will have total privacy, since the studio has a private entrance. We offer to our guests: *Coffe self-preparation * Tea * Iron * clothes steamer *Baby Play pen *Baby/toddler toys and books Guest access The studio door will be unlocked before your arrival, the key will be on the desk. The parking spot is at the back of the house, you need to drive thru the alley way and it will take you to the back of the house. Feel free to self check in at anytime after 2pm. Feel free to look outside from the balcony or go for a walk at the back yard. Other things to note You will have total privacy, since the studio has a private entrance thru the back of the house. No smoking allow inside of the studio, if you break the no-smoking rule, there is deep cleaning fee of $500.
