Large Private Studio Apt. with attached indoor gym

Amazing Studio Apt. with private entrance, full kitchen, fireplace, TV with Firestick, Wifi, gas grill, and attached indoor gym with full court (basketball, volleyball, pickleball) for guest use. Situated on beautiful 26 acre estate with peaceful walking paths through surrounding woods & wildflower fields! Fire pit surrounded by pine trees. The space Our gym is very fun and makes our Studio space unique. Also the fire pit and walking paths on the property make it enjoyable. Some fun things to do in the area are: Bass Pro Shop, Grand Prairie Mall, Northwoods Mall, Elevate Trampoline Park, Wildlife Prairie Park, Peoria Zoo, Tanner's Orchard, Gone in 60 Escape Games, Gone Axe Throwing, Peoria River Front Museum, Wheel's of Time Museum, Peoria Playhouse Children's Museum, and Caterpillar Visitor's Center. Guest access Studio, bathroom, loft balcony & gym. The Studio is private, but the gym is a shared space if someone is renting the Basement Apt in our house. The Basement guests are only allowed in the gym (including bathroom & toy loft) from 9:30am to 4:30pm. The Studio guests will have a key to lock the gym doors during non sharing hours. (If no one is renting the Basement Apt., the gym area is all for Studio guests the whole stay.) Other things to note We replaced the queen air bed with an actual frame/queen mattress including a 4” foam mattress topper.
