Redwood Riverfront Getaway

We are nestled in the beautiful California Redwood forest next to the San Lorenzo River. Guests can enjoy our private guest suite with its own entrance and full bathroom. Our property features tall trees, seasonal river swimming on our private beach, fishing, kayaking, and exploring. We are close to downtown Boulder Creek, minutes away from Santa Cruz, wine tasting, hiking, fine dining, and the coastline. We have no hidden fees and even offer a full return of our cleaning fee. Permit #181307 The space The space is a small guest suite attached to the main house. The guest suite comes with a living room area with large flat screen TV and entertainment system, full bath, and small bedroom with a queen bed. Our guest suite is cozy and meant for 2 guests only. The suite has its own entrance, and is completely private from the main house. The space is small and not very fancy as we are not fancy folk. I actually made some of the items and furniture in the suite from materials i found onsite when we purchased the property. The living room area has a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea to our guests. The property is beautiful year round. We invite you to come be our guests. We look forward to hosting you. Like you we enjoy using Airbnb and have become increasingly aware of hosts and their hidden fees. We do not support this feature. The only fee we have is a small cleaning fee which is completely refundable. We look forward to having you as our guests. Guest access Guests can access the front yard area, river trails, river deck, and our private river beach as well as all areas of the river. Guests also have a dedicated parking spot. Other things to note Please feel free to explore our property just be careful of the steep terrain. The property is located on California Hwy 9 next to the San Lorenzo River. Depending on the time of day road noise can be heard on the property. Please feel free to ask us any questions before booking or before your stay. We strive to earn a 5 star rating for each of our guests so we do what we can to be the best host possible as well as keeping the cost of the unit priced below many of the others in the area.
