Inside, you'll find a cozy one-bedroom, one-bathroom space with a stocked kitchenette and a comfortable living room. Designed with sustainability in mind, the guest house features an organic queen mattress and eco-friendly natural cleaning products throughout. Guest access You have your own private unit and fenced in yard Other things to note The guest house has a heat and AC control panel that operates when the main house system is on (which is typically the case). For warmth, two space heaters are provided and work very efficiently. During the summer, the unit does not receive direct afternoon sun, which helps keep it cooler, but please note that air conditioning is only available when it’s on in the main house. Two fans are also available for extra cooling. The heating system follows the same setup, with the space heaters offering plenty of warmth when needed. As the guest house shares walls with the main house, some everyday living noises may be heard. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone. Lastly, the home backs up to a nature preserve, so it’s possible that insects may occasionally make their way inside- just a reminder that you’re immersed in a peaceful natural setting.
