The Space: Let us walk you through the space. BEDROOMS - There is a master bedroom on the first floor. - TV, electric kettle, room heater, king-sized bed and an attached bathroom are offered. BATHROOMS - The attached bathroom has a geyser, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room seats up to 2 people. - It offers WiFi and a fireplace. - There is a CCTV camera installed for security purposes.  - The dining area seats up to 3 people.  - There is a 11,600 sq. ft lawn with seating for up to 3 people. - There is a terrace with seating. KITCHEN - The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove, a water purifier, a toaster, griller, a refrigerator and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available. - Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen. Guest access - The guests have access to the entire villa. - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities. Other things to note FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. All meals are available in-house on an a la carte basis. - Guests can eat out at nearby restaurants like Chacha Spa & Dine, Himalayan Rays Restaurant, Swagat Restaurant and Goodluck Hotel & Restaurant. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards, chess, jenga, ker plunk or ludo. Guests can take a peaceful in nature and embrace its beauty. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - All male groups are not allowed. - This is a pet-friendly property.  - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights, fans and TV in the living room for up to 8-10 hours. - There are CCTV cameras installed near the parking area, entrance, living area, lawn and dining area for security purposes. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability and may fluctuate at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 5000 plus taxes with an additional pet cleaning charge of Rs. 1000 plus taxes for the entire stay. - Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Material cost for fireplace is chargable. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.
