In addition, a fireplace where you can light a fire will complete your relaxation. The space This is a spacious apartment for 4 people, with an area of 45 m2. It is located on first/the second floor of a stylish, wooden Motylek Villa in the centre of Zakopane. The apartment has an ideal location, it is close to everywhere – in just 10 minutes’ walk you can get both to Krupówki Street and the sky-jump (Wielka Krokiew). The apartment has a fenced area with parking spaces as well as a children’s playground. The apartment consists of two rooms – living room with kitchen and dining room and bedroom. Highland character of the apartment’s interior is built with natural wood and walls in light colours. The Tatra’s atmosphere is completed with a stone wood-burning fireplace. In the bedroom we have prepared two single beds with very comfortable mattresses for you. The living room has a large, foldout double bed. In the bathroom there is a shower. When furnishing the apartment we have also taken care to provide you with high-speed Wi-Fi, LCD TV set and a fully equipped kitchen convenience for meal preparation. We have also prepared everything you required for a longer stay, washing machine availeble in a building, unfolding clothes dryer, iron and ironing board, etc. are waiting for you. This meal must be ordered and paid for the day before by 18:00. Breakfast on holidays and Sundays covered by the trade ban must be ordered and paid for the day before by 14:00. Breakfast is not served from Christmas Eve to New Year's Eve and during the Easter period. Cleaning For security reasons, the apartments are not cleaned during your stay. Towels can be changed for stays over 5 nights. Transport We can provide you transportation from airport/bus, train station to apartment and to wherever you would like to go. Guest access The common part and in it: a shared washer and unfolding clothes dryer, also ski lockers, which are ideal for winter. For our youngest guests we offer a garden and playground, open from spring to autumn. Other things to note 1 parking space is assigned to 1 apartment, reservation is required and car registration number must be provided. The service collects a deposit at check-in in the amount of PLN 300 against damage, exceeding the check-out time or significant soiling of the apartment. The deposit will be returned after check-out, provided that the apartment is handed over undamaged by 10.00. Paying the deposit does not release you from liability for damages exceeding its amount. Paid additional services: - apartments with a fireplace: wood for the fireplace costs PLN 50. - a travel cot for a child PLN 20/night (must be ordered and paid the day before), - breakfast 49 PLN/person (must be ordered and paid the day before), - a local tax of PLN 2/night/person to the City Hall is NOT included in the booking price. On the day of departure, please leave a tourist tax of PLN 2 per person per night on the table. Information on heating during the heating season: When the window is opened, the heating is turned off. If you leave the windows open for a long time, the apartment will be cold.
