Gig Wifi + Community: 3rd Floor Super Suite

Welcome to the Treehouse! With 6 floors and 5 bedrooms in the trees, filled with other long-termers exploring Eugene, gigabit internet, smart managed temperature, a fully stocked kitchen, a terrifyingly steep driveway, shared bathrooms, and a massive outdoor deck overlooking the city- it just might be the perfect combination of adventure and homeyness. Feel free to message the management at 551 area code 2213726 for specific questions! The space The Super Suite is nestled in the North end of the 3rd floor. It is the only room with hardwood floors and bay windows to the trees outside. It also includes a bed, work desk, fan, a massive 70 inch TV, and a large red private fridge. Guest access The common areas you have access to include a beautifully lit side deck overlooking the city with both a gas and charcoal grill, the full kitchen and dining space, laundry room, garage, and two bathrooms on the 2nd and 5th floors respectively. During your stay You’ll pass by others in the house in common areas, but there is no pressure to socialize unless you want too! Feel free to reach out to the management at any time (we live on site). Other things to note We have a VERY STEEP driveway where we will provide you with a designated parking space. If it is ever full, or for those not comfortable driving up, street parking can be found within walking distance. Campus, bus access and restaurants are all accessible with 1 mile. The house itself has smart devices controlling the central heating and AC unit which is kept between 66-74 to balance all rooms for winter & summer. There are three high-powered routers spread across the house, providing super fast internet for gaming or Netflix. If you need help parking or bringing your things in, please let us know! If you will have pets living with you we ask that you pay $25 per week additional which will cover up to 2 animals. Airbnb currently does not have a way for us to collect these through the website or app.
