Communal balcony on top floor, as well as private balconies for each of the 3 bedrooms upstairs. Heated pool, hot tub, and massive fenced-in backyard. Perfect for your group to relax in the gazebo, grill on our huge stainless-steel gas grill with outdoor wetbar, or explore the fresh fruit orchard and beyond in the expansive backyard. Two living rooms on main floor with high ceilings and tons of natural light also boast an inside bar area and connect directly to a spacious, well-lit kitchen and dining area. ***MUST CONFIRM TOTAL NUMBER OF GUESTS, HOST WILL CONFIRM ENTRY. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS, VISITORS, OR EVENTS OF ANY TYPE - SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE EVICTION/RESERVATION CANCELLATION WITHOUT REFUND. 10 guests is maximum, no exceptions for any reason. ***No loud music or noise outdoors. There is an outdoor noise (decibel) meter installed for monitoring that alerts host when noise levels exceed courtesy to our neighborhood. If keeping noise moderate is a problem for you, this is not the right home for you to book. Well-trained pets are welcome with the following guidelines: - Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds and couches. - Owners must clean up after their pets, including shedding and all waste (indoors and outdoors). - Pets may not be left unsupervised unless crated. If crated, they must remain quiet and not bark. Guests who violate these rules may be subject to fines in addition to the pet fee. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home and property. Other things to note GUESTS: Please make sure to mark the correct number of guests (including pets); no additional guests, temporary visitors, or events of any type are permitted. Any guests found in violation of the permitted maximum guest count of 8 will be subject to immediate cancellation without refund & subject to fines from the city. PARKING: No parking of any kind on nearby streets due to local emergency access and fire ordinances - you will be towed. PHOTO/VIDEO: No professional filming or photography is permitted. NOISE: Please keep noise levels at a respectable volume at all times, and refrain from using amplified media outdoors. Voices, music, or noise of any kind should not be audible beyond the property line. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, including inside the home, as sound travels easily in the area. Spa use is not permitted during quiet hours. NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT permitted at all on the property (even outside) as this home is located in a Very High Fire Hazard Severity zone. PETS: Well-trained pets are allowed. No pets are permitted on furniture (especially couches/beds). Any excessive shedding or messes/waste must be cleaned up. Pets may not be left unsupervised unless crated. If crating your pet, please ensure that they don’t bark. The pet fee does not cover additional cleaning or damages caused by pets. POOL & GARDEN MAINTENANCE: To ensure the exterior of our home stays beautiful, pool and landscape services do come weekly (schedule may vary based on availability), and are instructed not to disturb our guests inside the home.
