The space The Loft is a spacious 4,000 sq ft utopia designed for playing and relaxing. This luxurious space is an experience in and of itself. Guests often for-go there plans and choose to play at the loft. It's the perfect place to stay while visiting downtown Duluth. In fact It's like having your own private tiny resort. You can enjoy playing a plethora of games like darts, corn hole, ping pong, ring on a string, Nintendo Wii or play pool on an Italian slate pool table! If you're ready to sit and relax we have you covered there too! Sit back and relax in the indoor hot tub while watching your favorite TV series! That's right, The loft comes equiped with Roku TVs, with subscriptions to Netflix, prime, Disney + and a host of rotating add on channels through prime. There are TVs in every bedroom, one in the hot tub room, the exercise room and a 70-in TV in the main livingroom with push button theater seating! Yep there's an exercise room! The exercise room is a great place to work off that hangover. The gym offers a vibration plate, pull up bars, punching bag, a dumbbell, an elliptical machine, a yoga mat and a foam roller! This is a great place to note that if you want to add a few extra guests to your staty you can. For a fee the gym can be converted into a spare bedroom with two additional queen size beds. The beds are 300 lb test air mattresses with a 2-in memory foam topper. Each bed is made with four pillows and a luxurious sheet and blanket set. At this point you might be working up an appetite. The Good news is, the kitchen in this luxurious loft is fully equipped and ready for any chef. There are plenty of pots, pans, baking sheets, sharp knives, cutting boards and more. Worried about your specialty tools? You're probably covered there as well. You're provided with things like a garlic press, cheese grater, cheese slicer, potato peeler, ninja blender, slow cooker, and a list that's probably too long to wirte here. In fact the amenities list of the loft is incredible. As guests of the hotel house, You are provided with coffee, tea, creamer (the good stuff French vanilla) and an entire rack of spices. Every sink has hand washing soap, fresh clean hand towels and paper towels. The loft also comes with an entire set of bath towels for all of your guests along with an entire set of hot tub towels. Each of the showers have prefilled dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are also makeup wipes if needed. There is no need to worry about toilet paper either. Each bathroom comes with a full roll along with six backups. If you find yourself needing more, instacart will deliver groceries, pharmacy items, or even beer!
