Toiletries, include shampoo, conditioner, body soap, body lotion, and blow dryer are provided. You will have access to high speed wireless internet. Pets are allowed for a fee but must be approved in advance. I request that the pet travel with you on your ventures or should be caged while you’re gone. Pets must stay off furniture . There is also wonderful Humane Society in Hudson which will care for your pet at a nominal fee, reservations are required in advance. I live in the rest of the house, however, the outdoors is yours to use, i.e., firepit, bbq, seating on the porch, hiking trails, swimming pond with kayaks, rafts, beach towels and chairs. Feel free to walk around the property at your leisure Other things to note There are 2-3 steps to enter the house at all entrances and 1 set of staircases indoors. I do allow dogs, however they would first have to be approved by me. I do not allow pets that shedor have fleas. Please be honest. There is a $ 25 fee per night per dog and a $ 300 refundable deposit that must be paid in full one week prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded after departure. PETS MUST REMAIN OFF OF ALL FURNITURE AT ALL TIMES including while guest is not in home. While my property is a great place for dogs to run around I ask that you clean up after them and put in the garbage in your apartment. ***The fireplace and exercise equipment downstairs is not for guests to use due to liabilities. Safety is and always will be my priority.
