The condo is professionally painted and decorated to create a warm comfortable inviting atmosphere. The decor is ski chalet style yet not just full of moose and bears. We have everything you need to stay a long weekend or extended trip! Expedition Station is one of the few buildings with its own private pool / hot tub in all of River Run Village. The building lobby provides space to relax by the fire, shoot pool, or catch a game on the big screen. The space The large vaulted ceilings associated with a top floor unit make the 1-bdr unit live larger than comparable units on lower floors. The combination of the bedroom king bed, the queen size murphy bed and and pull-out sofa bed comfortably sleep 4 as well as provide the ability to sleep 5 in the condo. The 4th floor (only 8-units) has a credit-card operated washer/dryer just down the hall if needed. Unfortunately, my HOA implemented parking fees in 2025. It is easily paid via QR code and just takes 1-2 minutes for the entire stay. Parking fee is $8 per night Dec through March and $4 per night all other months. If you are seeking a stay exceeding 21 days, I can potentially waive parking fees.
