Renovated Luxurious Grand Victorian Home on 2 floors, large den with queen sofa sleeper, and twin bed, wrap around porch, parking for two cars and plenty off street parking. Gourmet kitchen, 2 full baths, bright and airy. Located steps to downtown Saratoga on Church Street. There's something wrong with Air B and B site so I can't put the address in on the map. It's an 8 minute walk to downtown Broadway. Very spacious sun blasted, and airy. Minimally decorated, no clutter, yet comfortable. Rich colors in the living room and guest bath, warm tones in the kitchen, bright dining area, soft muted grey master bedroom with clean and bright marble bath. The 3rd floor is inviting as well, a very bright finished attic that is quite spacious and cheerful decor. Attic stairs are a bit narrow so not suitable for disabled or older folks. There are 2 other units downstairs and we are very mindful of renting to quiet and respectful guests in all 3 apartments. This space is the main space of the house. The other 2 apartments are much smaller. Keyless entry makes access a breeze. The codes are changed for each guest. Great for multiple guests, no keys to fumble with. Yes Restaurants, dining, and grocery shopping all within walking distance 0.4 miles to broadway, about 7/8 minute walk 1.8 miles to racecourse, about 6 minute drive The house is equipped for disabled owner. There is a stair lift on the porch and 2 in the main foyer. You will have to walk by them when accessing the house from the front. The parking in in the front, the space in the back is only for the unit downstairs. This space's parking can accommodate 2 cars, one behind the other. There is plenty of off-street parking and parking regulations do apply to those on our street, however, there a several streets across the way with parking and no parking regulations. The street can be loud sometimes as it is a street that is access to a major artery. Nighttime is very quiet. There is no yard, but a wrap-around porch and the driveway is a patio area.
