Other things to note Our home 3 miles to the ocean beach and a short walk to Gasgoigne Park and marina. The park offers a fishing pier, walking trails and. frisbee golf course. There are nearby public tennis courts. Frisbee golf sets, tennis rackets, 3 bikes are included. There are large and small beach coolers and 4 beach chairs. There is a community pool. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. This is an HOA requirement and is strictly enforced. There is no life guard.
