There is no street parking available in front of the house. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker - Living room Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). - NO PETS For bookings over 30 days, there will be additional mid-stay cleans required and additional cost to guests for these mid-stay cleanings. These additional cleaning charges will be due after booking. Please inquire prior to booking regarding the cleaning cost based on the length of your stay. We will work with you to schedule the mid-stay cleans every two weeks. This apartment is on a property shared with the owners (living upstairs) and another apartment that shares a wall. Noise can be heard from above from time to time. If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the best location for you. Please inquire further before booking if you have any questions. You will also share the parking area and outside space with these other parties. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer an earlier check-in or bag drop. This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property. - The Point Market (5 min walk) - Capitola Village (5-10 min drive) - Santa Cruz Main Beach & Boardwalk (15 min drive) - The Mystery Spot (20 min drive) - The Forest of Nisene Marks (20 min drive) - Nearest grocery store: Whole Foods, New Leaf, Safeway, etc. (15 minute drive) - Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park (30 min drive) - Although we love pets, we have some guests with severe allergies and for that reason cannot allow any pets and please no smoking/vaping on the property. - For bookings over 30 days, there will be additional mid-stay cleans required and additional cost to guests for these mid-stay cleanings. These additional cleaning charges will be due after booking. Please inquire prior to booking regarding the cleaning cost based on the length of your stay. We will work with you to schedule the mid-stay cleans every two weeks. - We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
