Feel like you're staying in a treehouse in this open-concept timber frame home on a wooded ridge in the Adirondacks. Perfect spot for hiking, biking, skiing, & trail running adventures, and a soak in the hot tub to round out the day. The home is across the road from trailheads, waterholes and waterfalls, backcountry ski destinations & Whiteface mountain. The property has three outdoor seating areas, a fire pit, and lean-to & hot tub. The space Upstairs is the main living area, and requires going up a flight of stairs without a railing. This floor holds the main bedroom with a queen bed, a loft directly above the bedroom (it opens to the living room) with 2 twin mattresses, a full bathroom and the kitchen. Downstairs has an office corner, full bath and a custom reading nook with a twin bed. The loft is accessed via a steep ladder. Guest access You’ll have the house to yourself, I just ask that the smaller bedroom closet remains closed. The entire property is yours to roam, including the lean-to. Other things to note In winter months, 4 or all wheel drive is a must for roads in the area, and our driveway. There's also a lean-to on the property to camp if you're feeling adventurous.
