It has a size of about 62m² and consists of a living room with open kitchen area, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed at comfort seat height for easier standing up and hotel comfort mattress, suitcase rack and wardrobe, bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen contains a fridge with integrated freezer, dishwasher and a ceramic stove with 4 cooking zones as well as an oven. The living area is equipped with a sofa bed with integrated mattress (express bed) and a dining area. You will also find access to the balcony overlooking the water. Please note that when booking for 2 adults in this apartment, only 1 bedroom is regularly opened. Price for the final cleaning is then only €40.00 and is shown on the invoice accordingly. If you still want 2 bedrooms, please contact us by phone. Internet access is available via the in-house Wi-Fi. A cable TV connection is integrated in the living room as well as in the sleeping areas. Sheets and towels will be provided. A high chair and a baby cot are available free of charge, but should be reserved in time.
