Welcome to Logis de l'Estuaire, a hamlet of 7 cottages. Ker Alice is composed of a room with fitted kitchen (renovated in November 2024), 2 bedrooms, 1 mezzanine bedroom and a bathroom. Terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. Enjoy free access to an indoor swimming pool, open year-round, heated (temperature not guaranteed in case of exceptional cold), a sauna and a jacuzzi Facilities common to all 7 cottages. Arrangements: - Living room: Enjoy a bright and welcoming living space, including a fully equipped kitchenette; ideal for preparing your meals. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV area. - Bedrooms: The chalet features two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms features a double bed, while the other bedroom comes with single beds. In addition, you will find a double bed on the landing. - Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and sink, as well as a toilet. Separate toilets are located on the ground floor for added convenience. - Terrace: Outside, a beautiful terrace awaits you to enjoy the view and relax. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or an alfresco meal under the starry sky. This chalet is the perfect base from which to discover the beauty of the region, while offering an intimate and comfortable setting to recharge your batteries. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Amenities such as the pool, sauna and SPA are in common with the other cottages. Please take note of the departure times: - Standard check out time: 11AM - If you want to stay later, an extension fee of €60 allows you to stay until 5PM (next night blocked on our side), as long as the house is not taken back the same day. These two options are fixed, with no possibility of negotiation. Other things to note Beds are made upon arrival. Exit cleaning is included in your rental. A cleaning service is offered during the stay for €60. Date to be set on the day of your arrival. Hand and bath towels are included in the rental. Please provide extra towels for the SPA as well as towels for the beach. Pets allowed: €5 per day per pet (maximum 2) Baby equipment available upon request Please contact us for more information.
