The space STUDIO SURF is bright, roomy, clean, and modern. • The 12" memory foam, queen size mattress is super comfortable and made with fresh white sheets and duvet. • We provide bath towels, shampoo, and body wash plus beach towels. • The kitchenette features a refrigerator with freezer big enough for ice cream(!); microwave; dishes; cereal bowls; silverware; mugs, wine glasses, corkscrew; coffeemaker; coffee and tea. • Enjoy your breakfast or a snack at the bistro table/chairs inside or on your private patio. We encourage all guests to read the listing carefully and look through listing photos (and read their captions) before making a booking, as it provides important information about the amenities and condition of the studio. • Quiet hours 10 pm-7am • Only registered guests are allowed on property; no visitors, please Guest access STUDIO SURF features a private entrance and bathroom. The studio is attached to the main house and is separated by a locked door. Guests enjoy complete privacy and acknowledge normal household noise. Other things to note There are two Mini Aussie dogs on the property. The private entrance is a gravely pathway with a slight slope, if you are not comfortable walking down, you may use driveway entrance too. *Only registered guests are allowed on property, no visitors please.
