Peaceful Private Studio in Quiet Neighborhood

Private entrance and you have the studio to yourself. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker available. Private shed with lock to store bikes and snow gear. Easy 15 minute walk to downtown and minutes to the Flagstaff Urban Trail. No TV but we have great wifi Sleeps 2 in bed and 2 on futon (pillows and sleeping bags provided for futon, or linens are available upon request). Street parking on cul de sac during spring and summer, parking in driveway during winter. The space The room has hardwood floors, a medium size refrigerator with a freezer, and we use only fragrance free products in the airbnb. Guest access Guests have access to a private side yard, the storage shed, and room. The backyard is not part of the airbnb property. Other things to note Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and close to parks.
