Great Access : Eliot was originally built as the separate town of Albina in the late 1800s. It's one of the oldest neighborhoods in Portland. Workers took a ferry across the river to work in the city of Portland. Many helped build the seawall. Now, Eliot is one of the closest 'inner' neighborhoods in town. The upstairs tenant has a separate entrance located at the back of the house. The two apartments do not have access to each other inside the house. Other things to note There is a long-term tenant in the apartment upstairs. The upstairs apartment is completely separate from the short term rental. They do not share any entry ways.
