Moving to Portland?: This house is available as a short term rental. It is perfect for anyone moving to Portland who needs a place to land while finding the ideal home. Great Access : Eliot was originally built as the separate town of Albina in the late 1800s. It's one of the oldest neighborhoods in Portland. Workers took a ferry across the river to work in the city of Portland. Many helped build the seawall. Now, Eliot is one of the closest 'inner' neighborhoods in town. This is a great walking and biking neighborhood. (there is a bike rental shop 2 blocks away). Marijuana is legal in Oregon. There is a shop around the corner on MLK Blvd. Guest access We offer self check-in with contactless entry. There is a lock box on the porch for easy access. My property manager will give out the code to guests prior to check-in. The front door is the private entrance to the rental. The upstairs tenant has a separate entrance located at the back of the house. The two apartments do not have access to each other inside the house. Other things to note There is a long-term tenant in the apartment upstairs. The upstairs apartment is completely separate from the short term rental. They do not share any entry ways.
