Two level unit with Queen bedroom upstairs (sturdy cot available for 3rd person.) Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. You can stroll to Phillips Exeter Academy campus, stores and restaurants. Close to the Word Barn music venue. Eight miles to the beach! Twenty minutes to Portsmouth and short walk to the train to Boston or Maine! The space This private two level apartment is located in the front of our house - we live in the back! Relax in this roomy, charming space. Not a luxury hotel, but a casual, homey environment. Plenty of books and board games!. Large screen TV; Wifi; 2 separate lap top friendly work spaces. Walk the neighborhood and visit a local art gallery. Walk to the Academy , downtown and the Swasey Parkway located next to the Squamscott/Exeter Rivers. Other things to note You can park in the shared driveway or on the opposite side of the street. (Street parking ban in winter from midnight to 6:00 a.m. Traveling is exhausting! That is why we have some basic cooking supplies and complimentary snacks available upon your arrival: Olive oil, spices, salt and pepper, catsup, mustard, tea, coffee, seltzer, cereal, chocolate, chips and cheese snacks . Enjoy!! Please no vaping or smoking in the house, on the porch or sidewalk out front. Feel free to use the yard or back patio behind the house to enjoy your tobacco. :) Absolutely no pets or unauthorized guests
