Our unit was designed to provide enough space for family to gather and with home in mind. Our rec room features 2 bunkbeds, sleeps 4 and has an attached playroom. The playroom is stocked with books, games, puzzles, a wall mounted smart TV and kid size furniture. We also supply a pack and play, crockpot, ironing board and iron. Guest access Entry is simple through Smart Lock via access code or Bluetooth, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up. You will receive a private timed code for use during the duration of your stay. To lock back up, simply hold the # button for 3 seconds. Other things to note Pets are allowed. A max of 2 pets under 25lb. Pets are NOT allowed on top of beds or furniture. There is a $25 pet fee plus Airbnb fees which cover the added time for cleaning. Please be sure to pick up your pets droppings in backyard during your stay. If you will be bringing a pet please add this at the time of your booking. Late check out (2:00PM) or early check in (1:00PM) can be requested after booking for a fee of $50/each. This must be added at least 48 hours prior to check in and if there are no check-ins or check outs on your reservation dates. Please understand we only provide the initial startup of supplies... soap, toilet tissue, paper towels and dishwashing detergent. We do not provide any consumable items like coffee, cream, sugar. Please bring any supplies you may need. Bedding for the pull out sofa is located in the bunk bedroom closet. ***We do our best to provide 5-star cleaning, we even have our furniture and rugs professionally cleaned quarterly. But this is a pet friendly, historic rental! If you or anyone traveling in your group has allergies or asthma please DO NOT BOOK. Pack and play is located in the hall closet.
