EAST SHORE Cottage

East Shore Cottage is located in a private development on the Shores of Lake Erie. The Cottage is 600 ft Down the Street from the Association Beach. We accept Pets see fee & requirements. There is Play& picnic area next door as well. The Location is ideal Getaway ! to go Fishing, kayaking ,lay on the beach or just relax at the cottage. There are Restraints, parks and historic Monroe is nearby. Located just South of Detroit and North of Toledo The cottage makes for a easy getaway vacation! The space The Cottage has a cozy eclectic interior with a light and bright open great room. Guest access Guest will have complete access of the Cottage Other things to note 4 steps off the front porch to get you into the house. PETS See Requirements and Fees in the Additional Rules Section. There are picnic benches in park for your use. The Beach is shared with residents and guests of the association. Please follow the posted Rules ..Do not be surprised there just Fish Flies!. Known to East Michigan Lakes , They appear in late Spring and have a short life span, they may be annoying but they are harmless. ..Plenty of Parking for your Boat or RV
