Luxury PRIVATE-Room & Shared bathroom This is an shared Airbnb establishment with other guests! Self Check-In process Quiet family oriented neighborhood with street parking available. Close to the the fashion-outlet shopping mall, and 20 min drive to O'Hare International Airport. Depending on traffic Average 35-min drive to downtown Chicago. Other things to note 1. Please replace your shoes at the entrance. 2. Quiet time is after 10:00pm and before 9:00am 3. Kitchen is shared use. Just LIGHT COOKING once or twice per week is acceptable, like boiling, heating etc. And please clean afterwards. Baking turkeys and breads with powder are not allowed. Heavy cooking are not welcome. 4. Washer and dryer are downstairs and free. Usually provide once a week. Please DO NOT treat as a laundromat And please follow the notices on the washer & dryer. 5. Please don’t leave expensive and important things in the room. We will not be responsible for your belongings And for emergencies, we keep the right to enter the rooms. For long term guests: 1. Long term guests are responsible for their own supplies such as food,shampoo, toiletries, towels, and etc. 2. We are shared living with other guests. Without booking on the Airbnb App you have no right to enter the place or keep your belongings on the property. Also you can decide how long you need to stay and let us know in advance so we can block for you . We have the right to decide how long to host you. And we keep the right to enter the room for emergencies. Once you decide to stay , that means you agree with the terms and will follow the rules of our place.
