Private entrance through a two car garage Private screened in lanai and gas grill overlooking the house's private pool. Guest will be given General Managers contact information and may call in emergency situation (ie. lock outs, damages, etc). Locate less than a short walk to the world's famous Daytona Beach. This house is locate right off the main drag that connects Ponce Inlet to Daytona beach. This makes for a prime location to get the locate favorite hot-spots. From the beautiful Ponce De Leon Inlet lighthouse and museum, to booking a fishing charter or going on a manatee and dolphin tour. After a fun day in the sun guest can grab a bite to eat. Some of our favorites include Our Deck down under, located under the Dunlawton bridge, with daily fresh caught seafood and delicious hush puppies it can't be beaten. You can enjoy great food and a beautiful view of the Halifax River. For race fans a short 5 minute drive will lead you to the North Turn restaurant, this restaurant is home to racing memorabilia from the early days of racing in Daytona beach. Its a blast from the past while enjoying the view of the beach as you eat. For breakfast you can enjoy a great meal from the Cracked egg then afterwards have some fun playing put put golf. The best means of transport is private vehicle. Guest are a short walk to the beach or if they wish we have available two adult bikes. Also uber and taxis are available if the need arises
