We love to see neighbors walking by & without too much traffic. This street is occupied by families who have made the area their longterm home & know who their neighbors are! The majority of residents in Hays use private vehicles to get around, although taxis, Uber, Lyft, and public transport (Access) are also widely available. Hays also boasts a citywide bike route with designated street bike lanes along with trails. Guests who have difficulty with stairs should be aware of this however. NO parties, smoking/illegal substances or loitering outside help to keep neighbors happy and ensure safety for all.
