We welcome you to our beautiful 3 bed 2 bath family home that comes with a grill and outside table to relax at the end of a full day at the beach. A neighborhood pool is available. Folly Field Beach Park/ Dreissen Beach Park is close to our house - 1.5 miles away, a quick drive or bike ride. 4 bikes are provided for your use of the many bike trails to access the island. The space Three bedroom two bath beautifully remodeled home with all upgrades. Hilton Head Island Beach is 1.5 miles away and Shelter Cove is right around the corner. Fully fenced in backyard. Beautiful Folly field Beach with showers, restrooms is a little more than 1 mile away, so is Islander's Park with shady Sothern Oaks, benches and a playground. Guest access The entire home Other things to note We have 2 pull out sofas to accommodate up to a total 8-10 guests. There is an additional $25 fee per each additional guest over 6. Pets are welcome but there is an additional one time $60 PER pet fee DOGS ONLY. Please note there is a maximum number of 2 pets per stay. Please note there is absolutely NO SMOKING in the house. A $300 fine will he applied if this rule is violated. Smoking outside the home is not a problem but please do not smoke inside the home under any circumstances. Televisions are located in the living room and each bedroom. Please note, all televisions are operated through the roku system. Please keep remotes in their rooms...don't mix them up. The backyard comes with an outdoor patio grill, and patio table with chairs for relaxing outside. Hot tub is not functional and will be removed soon. Don't try to open it. Please note, for the grill you are responsible for providing your own propane which can be purchased in Walmart/Lowe’s etc. We also ask that you clean the grill after use - the brush is located underneath the grill and the cleaning solution underneath the sink.
