It's not heated December 1 through February 4. Dates are subject to change slightly, weather depending. * Ice-cold air conditioning and a mobile floor fan. * A full-size washer/dryer all to yourself! Many Airbnbs in this area don’t have private/inside laundry. Many have ashared/communal laundry facility outside on site. * Two gas grills and a covered-patio and dining area next to the pool. * Assigned covered/carport parking for one vehicle * Additional free street parking 24 hours a day — no parking permit or decal required. * Fast Wifi. Towels and sheets are hot-bleached and hot-dried for sanitation! The queen-size mattress & box-spring are encased in bed-bug/dust mite protectors and zipped shut for peace of mind. * Pest control is performed by the H.O.A. every 30 to 60 days. * Personal care essentials provided: toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, facial tissues, blow dryer. * Appliances and supplies: Tea and kettle, Keurig coffee/tea maker, K-cup coffee pods, blender/food processor, toaster, paper towels, spices, seasonings, cooking oils, pots, pans, glassware, plates, cups, utensils, etc. Full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric oven, electric glass-top stove, dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer, blow dryer, iron, ironing board, umbrellas. ✴️ What's close-by: * 5 to 20-minute walk to everything in Old Town! Guest access You have the entire apartment (condo) to yourself. You don’t share it with me and you don’t share it with other guests. It has a private entrance with keyless entry for convenient self check-in and check-out. Other things to note *Third-Party Bookings* I politely decline bookings arranged or secured by individuals who will not be guests. *Spa, soaking tub, Jacuzzi, hot tub, sauna.* There is not a spa, soaking tub, Jacuzzi, hot tub or sauna on the property nor inside the condo (despite the fact that Airbnb erroneously advertises otherwise on my listing’s landing page. My apologies! It’s an Airbnb issue and I’ve tried to get them to remove/correct but been unsuccessful. *Transportation* Uber, Waymo and Lyft are available rideshare providers. Note: Waymo is driverless. *Parking* Easy, on-site, assigned carport/covered parking for one vehicle, and free street parking. *Sofa-Bed* This is best suited for children or adults of petite stature (approx. 115 pounds or less and 5'5" or under). *Late check-out and early check-in. I do my best to accommodate early check-in and/or late check-out free of charge, however, please note not all requests can be accommodated. I typically accommodate them if you're willing to pay the rush fee (25-50 percent of the nightly rate). To ensure an extraoridinarily early check-in, it's best to book an additional night on the front-end of your stay. *Fitness Center, Gym, Barre, Crossfit, Pilates, Yoga... There is not a gym at the condo but there are several gyms and fitness studios, group fitness classes, pilates studios, etc. within 1-5 miles of the condo, including Life Time Fitness, LA Fitness, Mountainside Fitness, Anytime Fitness, Independence Gym, Pure Barre, Orange Theory, Cactus Crossfit... *Groceries. If you would like to have groceries delivered in advance of your arrival, please let me know. Airbnb has launched a pilot program called "Kitchen Stocking" effective November, 2025. You can order groceries through Instacart up to three weeks in advance of check-in, and I will receive them on-site and put them away for you. Contact me or Airbnb for more details. * Special accommodations for seniors, individuals with special needs, infants and children can be arranged. Note: The condo is not baby or child-proof. *Bicycles & Scooters* Ride-share, pay-per-ride electric scooters (Lime, Uber, etc.) are available in and around Old Town. If you’re not familiar with ride-share electric scooters, they’re accessed via mobile app and inexpensive to use. Simply download the app, enter your payment info, scan the scooter, then scoot-off into the sunset! When you’re done, leave the scooter at your destination — a round trip is not required.
