Updated Cozy Cabin 3 Bedrooms 1.5 Baths on a large private lot. Easy access to Lakes, Parks, Ski Resorts, Golfing, Hiking, White Water Rafting, Biking, ATV Trails and more! Minutes from Jack Frost and Big Boulder mountains for winter fun. In the summer, spend a day boating, fishing, make a splash at Kalahari Waterpark, or satisfy your need for speed at the Pocono Raceway! Located in the Camelot Forest Community. Our cabin is the perfect spot for your next adventure in the Poconos Mountains. Perfect cozy retreat with a private driveway for up to 6 cars. About a 2.5 hour drive from both NYC and Philadelphia. Our cabin sits on a .75 acre wooded lot within the Camelot Forest Community. The outside area has a large fire pit, 2 hammocks, and a grill perfect for for a relaxing afternoon, cookout, or evening fire. You'll feel somewhat hidden in the woods without sacrificing convenience. The closest grocery store, CVS, Wawa, and Dunkin Donuts are less than a 2 mile drive away. Walk into and open concept layout inside with new furniture and appliances throughout. The first floor is open concept and has a main room with a 55" TV and a wood burning fireplace, dining room has a table for 8 with easy access to the kitchen. New in 2020 appliances and granite counter tops make it simple and fun to cook for 2, 4 or more. Two bedrooms on the first floor, one has a queen bed and the other has 2 bunk beds ideal for kids. The bathroom, washer, and dryer are also on the first floor. The upstairs loft has a queen bed, sleeper sofa, another TV, and a half bath. Our cabin is on the smaller side but is very comfortable, private, and accessible. Hope you can enjoy it as much as we do! Entire house. Camelot Forest Community is a private conservation neighborhood with both full time and vacation residents. The community includes access to 2 private lakes during the summer for those that love swimming, sunning, boating, beach volleyball, and fishing. Less than 10 minutes from Jack Frost ski resort. Located right off of 940, 10 minutes from I476 exit 95 Pocono. To get to Lake Guenevere from the house, turn left onto King Arthur Rd then turn right onto Lancelot Ln. Lake on the left. Linens - Clean bath towels and sheets are provided! Lake Guenevere - Between Memorial Day and Oct 15th you will also have access to a community lake with a beach and recreation area. To get there, turn left onto King Arthur Rd then turn right onto Lancelot Ln. Lake Guenevere is fishing, cookout, canoe, kayak, paddle board, beach volleyball, and swimming friendly (No swimming after Labor Day). Please be sure to have the amenities pass with you when at the lake, security may ask to see it. PA angler's license required to fish. Lake Kathryn - There is also a second lake, Lake Kathryn, for fishing only. To get there turn right onto King Arthur Rd, right onto Camelot Dr, left onto Hwy 940, then left onto Sir Bradford Rd. PA angler's license required to fish. Kayaks - There are 2 kayaks available for use as well as life vests. The kayaks are on the boat racks at Lake Guenevere on rack 6, slots 3 and 4. Keep in mind kayaking can be dangerous for those who are inexperienced and/or reckless. Always wear a life vest, use at your own risk. Propane - Propane for the BBQ grill is provided, there's a tank under the grill and a full spare available if needed. Snow Removal - During the winter months it snows often, the township plows the cul-se-sac. We do not provide snow removal for the driveway. There are multiple snow shovels available you can use to dig out if needed. Firewood - Firewood is not provided. You can purchase firewood nearby from locals/businesses along Hwy 940. Do not use fallen branches in the yard for firewood. They are almost always soaking wet and will not burn.
