Rental unit in Paynes Bay Beach

The newly refurbished beachfront apartment is wonderful for a family or a group of friends with it's amazing interiors and a beautiful garden. Guests can lounge and barbecue in the garden or watch the sun go down from the verandah. Swim with the turtles or read on the beach loungers. The two bedroom apartment has a private entrance to the beach as well as the parking lot and gates are installed so that Adults and small children can be safe on the premises. The space The apartment is very family friendly and spacious and there is ample room to entertain any other friends or family that may be visiting the island at the same time either in the garden or on the verandah. The beach is public so you can entertain there too. It is perfectly safe to drink water from the tap. WiFi is free as is a telephone for local calls. There is a full kitchen inclusive of utensils, cutlery and china and we also supply free beach towels, beach chairs and Umbrellas. There are also beach showers and free parking in our private parking lot. Public transportation is right outside and is cheap and frequent, even going to the airport and the other coasts for one fare. Taxis are also readily available.(Uber app works locally aswell) Nearby is a Gas Station/ Convenience Store and Supermarkets either direction. Shopping, Police and Health facilities are also nearby. In addition there is shopping for all pockets, a cinema and churches of several denominations. Like tennis? Free courts are a short drive away as well as a Marine Museum, Nightlife Entertainment Dinner and Lunch restaurants. Guest access Guests have access to the garden, the walkways, the parking lot and the shared washer and of course the beach. Other things to note We are on other sites as well, so the apartment can be booked in a flash by someone else. We reserve the right to accept the booker who has reserved the apartment first. If water goes off at the mains we have a storage tank. Local calls are free from the telephone in the apartment and you can RECEIVE overseas calls. The hot water is solar heated and there is an electric booster that can be used if necessary. It is safe to drink water from the tap.
