Wake up in this airy condo and you'll know you found paradise. Just a few minutes walk to a gated beach access will find you on the beautiful, white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. If you need more than water to enjoy a vacation, we are within walking distance from many highly-rated restaurants and a short drive from the Silver Sands Outlets, Destin Commons, Grand Boulevard, and the Village of Baytowne Wharf. The space When you walk in the door, you're greeted with an airy, bright, and clean space. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to make breakfast with coffee, pack a picnic for the beach, or prepare dinner. With open shelving, light butcherblock countertops, and bar seating for four, your time spent in the kitchen will be almost as enjoyable as your time spent on the beach! For those who don't want to spend your vacation in the kitchen, right next door is the highly rated Royal Palme Grille and a five to ten minute walk in either direction on Scenic 98 will take you to The Surf Hut or The Whale’s Tail. After a long day, get a refreshing night sleep in the upstairs loft bedroom with our queen size Tempur-Pedic mattress and foam pillows. In our updated bathroom, you will find plush towels, plenty of storage to stash your toiletries and a clean, bright space to prepare yourself for a nice dinner. Some of our other amenities include an in-house washer and dryer, free parking for two cars, and a 65” SmartTV with Chromecast, Netflix, Hulu, and satellite TV. You will have the entire space to yourself - we will provide you with a door code prior the morning of your arrival. We will be available 24/7 via text or call for help with any emergencies or if you need information. If you will be brining a service animal. you must let us know ahead of time so we can have you fill out a Service Animal Registration Form.
