We provide eye masks and ear plugs as well as plugs for your devices on our bedside tables. Bedroom 2 boasts the same comfortable King bed and amenities as bed one and is convenient to the hallway full bath. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ Our ensuite primary bathroom is a relaxing escape and includes a shower/tub combo. The tub has jacuzzi jets and an over-tub table so you can bring a book or beverage to relax. The hallway full bathroom includes a shower. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both restrooms. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ Our kitchen is STOCKED! You'll be part of the group even while attending to the cooking with our open layout. We have an island with extra storage and kitchen amenities as well as a full coffee bar! Make your favorite flavor combo of creamers to enjoy at the dining table or outside on the patio. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ The entire outside space has been completely redesigned! Our large heated pool welcomes you as you enter the property and walk past our large 8-person outside dining table, complete with large fans and lights for al fresco dining at night. The Bluetooth sound system will keep you entertained from the pool, to the green space, to the dining area. We have a selection of gym equipment so you can work out on our green space or inside. The green space is within view of the large outside TV so you can watch your favorite yoga or workout video. **ABOUT OUR HEATED POOL** Our pool can be heated year round, however depending on the outside temperatures during your stay, it could be more difficult to heat during January and February's coldest temperatures. Thank you for understanding. While the pool won’t reach hot-tub temperatures, the pool is consistently maintained at 86º degrees November to April/May. Our pool team comes to take care of the home on Thursday or Friday. On the coldest days of the year our pool may not reach set temperature due to the extreme cold. Most heat pumps do not function as well when outside temperature is less than 55 degrees. We’re happy to provide this added comfort at no extra charge, so you can focus on enjoying your stay. Please note that pool temperatures will vary slightly based on weather conditions. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire house, pool, and back area with complete privacy. Our home is separated from you by a locked fence, and we will not be in your rented space. You will have complete private access to the rock driveway inside the gate. We keep a hallway cabinet and closet locked for extra supplies. You may park your group's cars inside the sliding metal gate on the rock driveway, but not past the wooden gate please. Quiet hours are from 10 pm-7am to be courteous to our neighbors and the owners who live in the front house. Other things to note Guest will be required to sign a renter's agreement. The agreement will be sent via email and SMS upon booking under Five Star Vacation Home Rentals. Please check your spam if it's not in your inbox. Guests who have zero reviews will be required to settle a $300 security deposit, this will be held and released 5 days after your stay assuming there's no damage in our unit. This will come from Five Star Vacation Home Rentals, LLC. We charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property, but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500. NO PETS allowed in this property. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to help keep the neighborhood peaceful. You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas during this time - we just ask that conversations stay at a lower volume so everyone can relax and enjoy their evening.
