Here you will find an open-concept tiny home, perfect for relaxing after a day of city fun! The most comfortable queen-sized bed awaits you in the custom-built, open loft! There is also a queen-sized sleeper sectional sofa in the living room area, with an optional memory foam topper for extra comfort. A small dining table is perfect for enjoying a meal in, or catching up on any work you may need to do. You will also find a fully stocked kitchenette, with an over-sized mini fridge, microwave, two burner cook top, coffeemaker, tea kettle, and mini blender. The spacious bathroom features a full size tub/shower combo and plenty of space for your luggage and belongings. For your convenience, we also have a pack-and-play available for your little one (free of charge), and a Slumberpod (pack-and-play blackout tent) available for $10/night. Just let us know if you need these prior to your arrival and we will set them up for you! Please note, we do not allow pets. Guest access The detached tiny house is located in our backyard, with its own private entrance and off-street, gated parking space! You have full access to the tiny house, and even a small section of yard that is fenced off for you. The luxury of complete privacy, with the benefit of having hosts right next door anytime you need! Other things to note All taxes are included with the price you pay! AirBnB will charge you for the local sales tax, and we include the hotel occupancy tax in our rates, so you will not have any unexpected fees after booking. Be aware that some hosts will charge you this tax in addition to your booking rate once you arrive. Please note that we DO NOT allow any smoking on the premises. This includes inside the studio and outside anywhere on our property.
