Cause the room size is bigger than a normal hotel room of 148 sqm. Then we have a big air conditioner 24000 btu in the kitchen and living room . We will deduct the cost of electricity and water and return the money back to you through Airbnb. Kindly noted that the building have no lift. And the room has a natural airflow that some guests do not need to turn on the Air conditioning.
