The space The upper flat is a very charming two-bedroom unit with beautiful hardwood floors, original kitchen and woodwork, recently renovated bathroom, and new windows with tons of natural light. Central A/C and mobile unit keep the place comfortably on those hot summer days and nights. There are two bedrooms: the back bedroom includes a queen sized bed, dresser, and walk-in closet; front bedroom a queen bed, dresser with vanity mirror, chest of drawers, and walk-in closet. The high quality living room sofa converts to a comfortable full sized bed. The living room has a nice 42" flatscreen LCD TV with Roku. You also have access to 400 Mbps Xfinity wifi. The small dining table is perfect for two or three guests, and can seat four by extending its leafs. Enjoy curling up on the oversized billowy chair, chilling in the lovely rocker, or relax on the sofa while watching a baseball game or plugging in your Xbox or Apple TV. If you forget any important toiletries, don't worry: I've probably got you covered. Just look inside the vanity mirror for the first aid kit, razors, tooth brushes, mouth wash, conditioner, lotion, and feminine products. The bathroom vanity cabinet contains body wash, shampoo, and other necessities for your stay. Plenty of extra towels, pillows, and bedding are available in the house for your comfort, stored inside the walk-in closets and bathroom linen cabinet. If your clothes are wrinkled from travel, you'll enjoy using the portable, upright steamer which is next to the dresser in the front bedroom. The coffee, bottled water in the fridge, condiments, and everything else are provided for your use. Guest access You'll be welcome to everything in the flat. Other things to note Wide Open West 600 Mbps wifi is available for your use. Please feel free to park in the driveway in the space farthest to the left in front of the garage. The guests in the lower unit park on the right. On-street parking is also available on the south side (across the street from the house) of the street. The city strictly enforces parking ordinances so avoid parking on the north side of the street nearest the house. We have mountain bicycles for rent at $20/day or $100/week.
