This historic Spanish style hacienda in the private village of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque is close to Old Town Albuquerque, the Ballon Fiesta Park, the Rio Grande River, wineries, and wonderful museums and restaurants. In a semi-rural setting, this property offers a luxurious courtyard off of the main house, an outdoor pool, a fruit orchard, and a lovely mountain view. Well suited for individuals, families, and large groups, it is also beautiful site for retreats. Guests have full access to the private guest house, as well as access to the outdoor areas, including the main courtyard, gardens, in-ground pool (during the summer), and pool house. The Village of Los Ranchos is a privately incorporated semi-rural village along the Rio Grande that lies within the heart of Albuquerque. It was established to maintain the rural character of the North Valley, without allowing the city to encroach on the historical charm of this region. Village license number is HO#045. There is plenty of parking on site. A rental car is helpful to reach the many attractions in the greater Albuquerque area. We are 5 miles from Balloon Fiesta Park, 12 miles from Sandia Tramway, 5 miles from Sandia Casino, 1.5 miles from the Rio Grande, 5 miles from Downtown ABQ, 9.5 miles from the Albuquerque Airport, 5 miles from Old Town, 60 miles from Santa Fe Plaza, and 2 miles from Rail Runner Train Station. Guests are responsible for all of their own meals. There is a full kitchen available for your convenience, as well as many fabulous local restaurants. We also have a queen sized private suite that is not connected to the guest house available for an additional charge.
