Large studio w/ wrap around deck/patio

Large Studio with comfortable King bed two adults maximum, and also a twin bed in loft area (for child 5-12 only, no young children or adults in loft). This studio has a large private deck surrounded with jasmine - its perfect for for grilling/al fresco dining/ relaxing. This is a two unit home on the hill above town-beach, five blocks to the beach, one block from the Matt Davis trail, three block walk to restaurants. No more than two adults and one child allowed in studio, no pets or parties. The space Parking for the lower unit studio is on the left side of the driveway looking up from the street. This unit is good for solo travelers, couples or a small family. If you need any baby equipment please let us know ahead of time and we can arrange for you go have the following: we have a pack and play, and high chair, seat for feeding and beach stroller (but please let us know at least three days before your stay which you need so we can make them available from our storage). THIS UNIT IS FOR TWO ADULTS ONLY, and one younger child under 12. No pets. Guest access The lower deck is exclusively for the lower unit and you can enter from the parking spot on the left side of the driveway, looking up from the street. The parking on the left side of the driveway is for the lower unit, do not block driveway. Other things to note Discounts are already posted for week 5% off and monthly 20% off rentals on AIRBNB pricing so please do not ask for additional discounts. THIS UNIT IS FOR TWO ADULTS ONLY, and one younger child under 12. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK FOR THREE ADULTS BECAUSE WE WILL HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION. There is no wash/dryer. Thank you,
