Please list all guests who will be staying on the property Within 5 to 15 minutes drive: parks, multiple water parks/splash pads, restaurants, dog park, walking trail, multiple grocery stores (3 minute drive) and other necessities. With 20-40 minutes: Mutiple lakes, AA Center (Dallas Mavericks), AT&T Stadium (Dallas Cowboys), Globe Life Park (Texas Rangers), fine dining, bars and night clubs. The space We have a modern and cozy feel to our home. Other things to note If you have an immediate family, with more than 4 members, please contact me directly to alleviate additional fees per guest. Airbnb makes you set a number of guests for an additional fee, however; I don’t want to charge for a family that has more than 4 individuals. Thank you! However, if you have more than four non-immediate guests staying, it will be an extra $75/night/guest. Due to past history of some individuals: if there are any guests that are not listed on the reservation and end up staying, there will be a penalty of $125/night/guest.
