Quiet location near Stachy, private fenced garden, outdoor fireplace and grill, pergola and outdoor seating, hammock and sun loungers, parking. For children there is a playground with a slide, sandpit, trampoline, inside a children's corner with a kitchen, workbench, toys and board games. The space The cottage built in 2020 offers over 3000m2 of garden, a house over 300m2 in the village of Úbislav near Stachy in the Šumava region, a view from the terrace directly to the Šumava meadow. We offer a total of 6 separate bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with shower, 4 toilets, 3 fully equipped kitchens (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, DolceGusto coffee machine and SodaStream). The accommodation consists of 3 apartments, a total capacity of 14 - 20 beds with the possibility of using extra beds on folding sofas in the living areas. 2 cots and 2 dining chairs for rent. Indoor children's corner (kitchen, dishes, coffee machine, work bench with tools, board games and toys). We offer a private garden, 2x grill, fireplace, covered pergola, outdoor seating, hammock, private parking, ski room, bicycle room. Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the property. For children there is a playground with a slide, sandpit. Trampoline for children and adults. There are also board games, magazines for rent. We have a baby cot available. NO SMOKING and NO ANIMALS in the entire building. Children's equipment (slide, climber, swing, sandpit and trampoline) is used exclusively for children and parents are responsible for the safety of children. Children's equipment is NOT intended for adults. Wood for the grill and fireplace is available for guests, excessive wood consumption will be charged to guests upon departure. Guests are responsible for their own charcoal for the grill. In the event of damage, full compensation will be required. Guest access Guests can use the entire property and its indoor and outdoor facilities. We offer a private garden, 2x grill, fireplace, covered pergola, outdoor seating, hammock, private parking, ski room, bicycle room. Guests are responsible for their own safety during their stay and are responsible for the use of the property's facilities. Guests are kindly requested to clean the outdoor equipment (grill, fireplace, outdoor seating) to its original condition after use. If it is not restored to its original state, an extra fee will be required. Other things to note In the event of damage, compensation will be required in the full amount of the damage caused.
