This is a 3rd floor apartment of a 30 unit walk-up building. About half of the units have been redone from head to toe. There is a deck and a parking lot. There is a coin laundry room on the first floor of the building. This building is the best building we have as far as commuting is concerned. The access to good freeways shortens every trip. There is a bus stop in front of the building but a car is better.
