Can walk or a bicycle to the nearby beaches, parks, public golf course fishing piers, boating,  & surfing. Downtown dining, art galleries, library & shopping. 2 blocks to the intracoastal waterway & Lake Worth Bridge or 1 mile walk over bridge to beautiful Lake worth Beach. Has a NEW lagoon pool  & Grill. There is a table to dine outside & plenty of umbrellas & tables. It has 3 bedrooms 2 upstairs. Also has a desk for someone who needs to work in Master.Neighborhood is predominately historic homes. The area is a good non- Crime Place. Lake Worth town is a couple blocks away & you can walk to it  & it has always a lot of activities and really great restaurants. Does have an upstairs & front steps to get into the house. it is all hurricane proof windows doors.  **There’s just a few things to know for 3wk rentals or more there is a cap rate. If you go over $125 for electric you will have to pay Overage. Also gas rate is $45. POOL HEATER is $20 a day. We will refund you if you follow our instructions and don't leave it on all night. We do require you have cleaning if you stay long term 4wks or longer, We have a maid  and you will pay them directly. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT LARGE PETS W/ LONG HAIR! NO PETS IN POOL. IN POOL AREA AFTER 9PM QUIETNESS REQUIRED DUE TO CITY ORDIANCE AND NEIGHBOR WHO WORKS. Also we do not allow any parties at all if you're thinking about inviting over other guests that aren't registered with us then you will need to let us know ahead of time. If you do have a party or don't let us know about extra guest you will forfeit your deposit unfortunately there's been some incidences in the area that have caused big concern and we cannot have that happen to us we pride ourselves on having a lovely place and no issues at all Guest access Guest have the full house there is no sharing in this listing and no host Other things to note There is a barbecue grill & pool is heated. If I’m in town I’m happy to give the guests tours of places of interest. Due to a city ordinance there now talking or laughing from 9:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. in the pool area If you want to use pool, cost is $18.00 daily additional cost. We only supply one roll in each bathroom of toilet paper. One paper towel and one small amount to do one laundry. We do not supply shampoo or Any other toiletries.
