The space Bungalow style duplex built in the early 1980's. The home is just over 800sq ft total. Other things to note Pets up to 25lbs are allowed with a fee of $80per pet (2 pets max). Extended stay guests will be responsible to pay $80 fee each month. Owners must clean up after pets and all pets must be housebroken. Any damage or soiling will be the financial responsibility of the pet owner. Earlier check-in may be available on a case by case scenario, please inquire.
