Please be aware that the property is comprised of 2 separate units: Apt-A is at the bottom and Unit B, the in-law suite, is on top. These are 2 separate accommodations with separate entrances and outdoor shared patio space pictured. “ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES & ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME. A $250 charge will be added for anyone smoking inside the home.” Permitted in backyard as long as area is kept clean. Be considerate of neighbors and reduce noise levels after 10pm.
